Dr Annie Holden holds a PhD in the cross disciplines of development economics and economic anthropology. Annie has been providing management consulting and negotiation support services to the Not for Profit sector for more than twenty years. Annie is a specialist in social impact assessment, development effectiveness & social impact measurement. In 2013 Annie received an Award for Excellence from the Australasian Evaluation Society. Annie is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Southern Cross and has worked in Australia, PNG & India.

Adam Allan has held a number of senior management and director roles both in Australia and internationally. He has extensive experience in financial services and consulting. While at HSBC, he led the design, development, distribution and management of a range of investment products for global distribution. Adam has particular expertise in innovation, governance and investment. He holds an MBA and is a director of QT Mutual Bank Ltd, a Fellow of the Financial Service Institute of Australasia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dr Marion Norton specialises in evaluation and performance audit and has conducted organisation reviews for over 20 years in the Qld public service and NFP sector. She has worked with businesses and industry leaders supporting them to adapt to structural change & corralling data at project, strategic and organisation levels so that managers can understand what is working and what to fix and can show their achievements to investors. Marion teaches evaluation at QUT and is Qld Convenor of the Australasian Evaluation Society.

Katy O'Callaghan is a social researcher, evaluator and policy analyst with over 10 years experience consulting to government, corporates and the not-for-profit sector on ways to improve policy, programs and systems.  Katy has particular expertise in environmental scans, quality systems and qualitative evaluations. Issues relating to people with disability and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are key areas of interest. Katy is a descendent of the Noonuccal people of North Stradbroke Island and holds a Masters in Social Policy & Research from UQ.

 Phil Hancock is a senior fundraising professional with 15 years experience across CSR, revenue development & sustainability. A graduate of the UNSW Centre for Social Impact, and a member of the SROI Network, Phil has worked in the NFP sector at the local, national and international level including Oxfam, Red Cross, Smith Family & most recently Kids Under Cover. Phil provides consultancy services to NFPs focused on translating strategic plans into fundraising and development plans.

​Virginia Philps is a social performance expert with 15 years international experience across the corporate, NFP and research environments. Central in transforming BP Plc’s sustainability reporting, she has also managed strategic social investment reviews and developed comprehensive corporate responsibility competency materials. Trained in SROI and AA1000, Virginia assists organisations in identifying, evaluating and articulating the social impacts of their work, ahead of seeking social impact investment funding.

Gretchen Young has worked in the human services sector for 20 years, with particular focus on health, disability, children and their families. Gretchen has expertise in visioning and strategic planning. She has extensive experience in service development, review and evaluation. Gretchen has worked with government agencies, statutory bodies, not-for-profits, peak bodies & universities. Gretchen has a Masters of Science (Strategic Foresight) and is a member of the World Futures Studies Federation and Association of Professional Futurists.

Ellen Vasiliauskas has expertise in qualitative and quantative research in the areas of corporate culture, market research, business analysis and planning, and monitoring and evaluation. Ellen’s work is leading edge. She is the recipient of two Awards for Excellence in Evaluation from the Australasian Evaluation Society. Ellen is experienced in the modelling of complex projects to assist in applying research and evaluation learnings to strategic and business contexts.
